WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We are happy to accept returns for any unwanted items for an exchange or refund no later than 14 days after you have received your delivery.

  • Exchange; We are happy to exchange for another product from our range, just let us know when you notify us of your cancellation.
  • Refund: Alternatively we will refund you, using the same payment method you used to pay, the full price paid for the returned products within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

 These terms do not apply to;

  1. Made to measure, custom-made to your specification, or personalised products
  2. Products which have been used, damaged by you or have become unsaleable by us as a result of an action or omission by you after delivery.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Once you have placed your order you may cancel your order at any time between the date you receive the Dispatch Confirmation and up to 14 days after receiving your goods. To cancel your whole order or a single item, please contact us in writing to tell us - by email, post or by contacting our Customer Service department on 01733 347348

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM? 

If you would like to return an item, please make sure the item is un-used and in a re-saleable condition and package the item carefully to prevent any damage, preferably in its original packaging if possible. Then send to;

We recommend using a recorded delivery service or obtaining a certificate of posting.

Alternatively we can arrange a collection from the address in which the items were delivered. For this service we charge; £5.95 per each parcel returned.

Please Note: you are responsible for all delivery charges incurred to return unwanted items to us.

We will send you a confirmation as soon as we’ve received your return, in its original condition, and ensure your refund (or exchange) is arranged and completed within a maximum of 30 days.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A FAULTY ITEM?

Please contact us as soon as possible after deeming your product as faulty. Once inspected and confirmed we will refund the price of the defective product in full, any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
